Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to appointment or reschedule 24 hours prior to appointment. Any cancellations after the 48hr window or no shows will be subject to the total deposit fee. For cancelations or rescheduling please call in. Appointments need to be booked no more than two weeks ahead of desired date. Bookings must be done 12 hours in advanced or more to prevent late bookings. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. Late fee or rescheduling will be enforced if you arrive 5-10min late or more.
