Service Description

This appointment is an evaluation of your service request. We will discuss your hair history, goals, and what you are looking to achieve. Please include detailed notes when booking to help us prepare. A consultation does not guarantee same-day service. Depending on timing, hair condition, and availability, service may be performed the same day, later that day, or scheduled for a future appointment.


Cancellation Policy

RIGHT CUTS – BOOKING, LATE & NO-SHOW POLICY Please read carefully before booking. Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Missed appointments and late changes directly impact our business and availability for other clients. NO-SHOW, LATE & SAME-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY • Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 30% of the total scheduled service price. • Clients who arrive late and cannot be serviced and therefore must reschedule will be charged 30% of the total scheduled service price. • Clients who cancel the same day or within 24 hours of their appointment time will be charged 30% of the total scheduled service price. This fee applies regardless of reason. LATE ARRIVAL & COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENT • Clients who anticipate being late must notify us as soon as possible. • Failure to communicate a possible late arrival may result in the appointment being marked as a no-show. • Arrivals 5 minutes late may have services shortened. • Arrivals 10 minutes or more late, especially without communication, may be canceled, rescheduled, or marked as a no-show. Appointment time is not arrival time. Time cannot be extended for late arrivals. ONLINE BOOKING RULES • Online rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the appointment. • Online booking closes 12 hours before appointment time. • Same-day changes must be requested directly and are not guaranteed. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION By booking online, you authorize Right Cuts to charge the card on file for any applicable 30% no-show, late arrival, or late cancellation fee according to this policy. REPEAT OFFENSES Clients with repeated late cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows may be required to prepay or leave a deposit for future appointments. NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS All sales are final. No refunds. IMPORTANT • Payments, deposits, service charges, and cancellation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. • This applies to all services, including haircuts, color, treatments, styling, and add-ons. • No exceptions will be made.
